Ian Fraser - Principal Director

Ian Fraser has more than 30 years diverse experience in education, aviation and marketing. As the principal and director of iQualify UK, Ian aims to realise his ambition to provide quality modern British education to students globally. His initial career was in aviation, but he then worked for educational bodies such as the Institute of Risk Management and the British Safety Council as well as business service providers in e-learning, publications and database management. He has a Master's degree and four diplomas in Marketing is a Chartered Marketer. Certified Member of the Market Research Society. A Fellow of the Institutes of Direct Marketing and of Sales and Marketing Management.

Dr J Graham Spickett - Jones - Academic Dean

Graham has an industry marketing background that has contributed to his academic career. He has several degrees including a PhD in management (promotional marketing), professional marketing qualifications and teaching qualifications. His research and publications have included trade journals and four-star academic journals, and he has published work dealing with topical concerns, like the promotional campaigns behind Brexit. For the last three decades, his university experience has involved helping to manage the growth of student numbers across the changing higher education landscape.

Professor Mark Mabey - Executive Principal

Professor Mark Mabey is a highly experienced director and leader across a range of educational organisations, he has broad ranging strategic expertise gained from national and regional roles within Government departments, KPMG, Director level posts in HE and HE in FE. For the past 35 years he has worked for a range of UK Universities and successfully led 3 Alternative Provider Higher Education Institutions developing significant University partnerships for all.

Dr Ali Raza Nemati - Director HR
